  • 200 g (7 oz) dried prawns (or dried cuttlefish), pounded

  • 3 kg (about 6½ lbs) freshly-made bún noodle (rice vermicelli)
  • 3 daikon radish tubers, peeled, rinsed, and sliced into thick coins
